Description
Independencia Central Park is the main square in the heart of Puerto Plata, surrounded by elegant Victorian-style houses, palm trees, and colorful architecture. A late 19th-century gazebo stands at its center, and just steps away are San Felipe Apóstol Cathedral, the city hall, museums, and several cafés, ice-cream shops, and restaurants.
