Fortaleza Ozama

Fortaleza Ozama, known as the oldest colonial fortress in America, is a Historic Monument located at the mouth of the Ozama River. With geometric shapes and robust walls, its Renaissance style stands out. Moreover, its large ramparts create an illusion, making it appear much larger than it is. It rises to a height of 60 feet, and from the tower, one can enjoy a complete panoramic view of the city.
