Abraham Lincoln Avenue is one of the main thoroughfares in Santo Domingo, featuring three lanes in each direction and a high volume of vehicular traffic. Filming on the public roadway is possible; however, a permit is required, and it is advisable to do so during off-peak hours. Near the avenue, there are important bridges, such as the one crossing Núñez de Cáceres Avenue. Traffic is typically very dense, especially during peak hours. The area is of great relevance, as it connects key parts of the city and approaches the Malecón.
