Strategies to Stay Active Despite a Sedentary Job
Working at a desk all day has been tougher on my energy than I expected. Even though I take short breaks and try to stretch, by late afternoon I feel completely drained. I’ve considered adding small exercises during the day or adjusting my lunch routine, but I’m not sure what would make the biggest difference. I’m curious if anyone has found ways to stay physically and mentally alert without having to constantly get up or change jobs entirely.
